AagmanSetu · visitor management for offices, factories, societies

The visitor books. The host taps Approve. The gate knows their face.

One system from the first request to the sign-out: WhatsApp approvals with buttons, face or QR at the gate, a badge at reception, automatic reminders, and a record of every meeting. Nobody fills a register. Nobody chases a host.

How a visit works

Four steps, and the only human decisions are the ones that should be human: the host says yes, the guard looks at a face.

Visitor books in the app

A profile with a face photo, once. Then they type the host's mobile number, pick a time, and send. Next time it is one tap: "Book again".

Host approves on WhatsApp

The request lands as a message with Approve and Reject buttons. One tap, and the visitor's phone chimes with a QR pass.

Gate: face, QR or vehicle

A tablet at the gate recognises the face or reads the QR. VIPs are listed with vehicle numbers so the barrier opens on sight.

Reception confirms, clock runs

Photo check, badge, host alert with the open point from the last meeting. When the booked time is over, reception is asked: check out or continue?

Built to need less of you

Every step that used to need a phone call, a register or a reminder happens by itself.

WhatsApp, with your own numberRequests with buttons, approvals, pass codes, arrival alerts, morning reminders and a host digest. Connect your WhatsApp Business API, or use one-tap link mode for free.
Face recognition at the gateRuns in the browser on any tablet. Nothing goes to a third party. Visitors consent, see their photo, and can delete it.
VIP laneMark an invite VIP, add the vehicle number. The gate and the front desk see the list automatically.
Meeting clock and auto check-outA full-screen prompt with a chime when the booked time ends. Anyone still "inside" at closing time is checked out by the system.
Meeting log and follow-upsAfter a sales or client visit: what was discussed, the next step, a follow-up date that books the next appointment itself. The host sees it at the next arrival.
History you can filterToday, a day, a month, a year. For the company and for the visitor, who sees every company they have been to. CSV export of the register.
Blocklist and ID checkBlocked visitors are refused at the gate and the attempt is recorded. The guard notes the ID shown. Multi-day passes for contractors.
Bulk invites and eventsPaste a list of names and numbers; everyone gets a pass code. Approve a crew for the whole week in one go.

Do visitors need to install anything?

No. The visitor app is a web page that opens from a link. They can add it to their home screen, and then it opens straight at sign-in like an app.

What do I need at the gate?

Any tablet or PC with a camera and a browser, signed in with a guard account. It recognises faces and QR passes. A guard screen for lookups by name, phone or vehicle is included.

Does WhatsApp send automatically?

With your WhatsApp Business API account, yes, including the Approve and Reject buttons. Without it, every message is prepared for staff to send with one tap, free.

Where is the face data kept?

On your server only. Recognition runs in the browser; the face signature is matched on your server against visitors who booked with you. Visitors consent and can delete it any time.
